In the event of damage, always complete a European damage form on site and take photos of the cars and the traffic situation, even if this is a unilateral accident. Always report this to the police in the event of burglary.

• How many kilometers can I drive per day?
FFn car rental has a maximum of 100 km. per day, thereafter € 0.10 per km. calculated.
• Fuel costs / full tank
All prices are excluding fuel costs. The rental car must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If this is not the case, costs of € 25 will be charged on to the tenant
• What is the rental period?
FFn rent a car based on calendar days, not per 24 hours. Our calendar day starts at 8 a.m. and ends no later than 7:30 a.m. the following day. If it is later or you need the car longer, then in principle the second rental day automatically starts. If you want to prevent this, make a clear appointment with us.
Day: From 8 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., the following day.
• Extend the reservation
If you want to extend the reservation please contact us as soon as possible or do it via the website, unilateral extension is prohibited and there is a fine of € 25.00 per day.
A declaration of embezzlement will be made after 24 hours.
It is always annoying if damage occurs during the rental period. This can of course also be damage that is not caused by you. In the event of any damage to the rental car or a third party during the rental period, you are required to submit a fully completed and signed “Damage Declaration Form”. In the event of unilateral damage, enter your own details on the left-hand side of the European damage form and the details of renting a car on the right-hand side. The damage form is always in the glove box of the car. The driver is at all times responsible for the rented car.
It is forbidden to transport pets in our rental cars. Do you have a special request, we think along with you.
It is at all times prohibited to smoke in our cars.
• Excess per claim event
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, there is an excess of € 750 per claim for all cars.
• Breakdown service
Renting a car for FFs has its cars maintained by the Honda dealer, which results in a carefree rental period for you, if for some reason a breakdown occurs you can call on our assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
